Thanks to the vision and support of our practice member Daniel Roberts our running club is growing and this blog is an extension of that vision. I know with Daniel and the many very talented runners in our practice this blog will serve as a source of guidance and inspiration to many! For me, as I run the lonely windy hills of new jersey day in and day out I sometimes visualize running in central park with other like minded people for motivation. Yesterday's Manhattan Half Marathon

What a mean-spiritedly cold day! I didn't really warm up till mile 6. It was 4 degrees with windchill at the start. Water cups were frozen. I ran a very steady race. Took it easy. Decided to bust it loose on the last mile (which for me, yesterday, meant a 7:45). Always proud to run under the PCR flag. Looking forward to my racing shirt!!!
