I didn't really warm up till mile 6. It was 4 degrees with windchill at the start. Water cups were frozen. I ran a very steady race. Took it easy. Decided to bust it loose on the last mile (which for me, yesterday, meant a 7:45). Always proud to run under the PCR flag.
